To apply to the School Board you must submit the following forms no later than January 5, 2021 by 5:00 p.m.
To access the the most-current forms please go to the Ethics Commission (ETH forms) and/or the Elections Commission (EL forms) websites. If you have any questions please contact the appropriate commission.
Incumbent School Board Members
If you do not plan on running again, please fill out a Noncandidacy Form (EL-163) and a Termination Request Form (ETHCF-2S). Must be submitted no later than December 28, 2020 by 5 p.m.
