The lunch account works like a savings account. You must deposit money into your child’s account and then your child deducts from the balance when they have lunch or milk. It is important to keep money in the account at all times. Each child has their own account. If there is money left at the end of the year, it can be carried over to the next year (if there will be no family member here to carry over to, the balance, if any, will be refunded to you).
You may monitor your child’s account from the Parent Portal by clicking the link on the Home page.
You can make payments by sending cash or a check to school or by making an electronic deposit through E-funds via our Richmond School website. The link can be found under the “For Parents” tab, then “Lunch Information” and finally “Online Account Payments.”
